Everdine complies with all data protection legislation such as the Data Protection Act 1998 regulating the processing of (personal) data relating to Users and granting Users various rights in respect of Users’ personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how Everdine collects, uses, stores, shares and protects information about users of (consisting of various sites, together referred to as the “Website”). 2. What information does Everdine collect?

If a User places or changes an order with Everdine, registers on the Website or requests information from Everdine, Everdine collects the following personal information from Users: name, email address, billing address, delivery address, phone number, order details, time of access to website, payment details, feedback for services and information related to Users’ query, the type of internet browser that is used; the website from which Users have come to the Website and Users’ internet protocol address (the unique address which identifies an individual User’s computer on the internet) which is automatically recognized by Everdine’s web server.

In addition, Everdine may automatically collect information about the Website that User came from or is going to, internet protocol address and browser type.

Everdine will use the information Users provide for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy to which Users agreed to at or before the time Users’ data is obtained. Users’ personal data will be used for billing and order fulfilment in order to provide the information and services as offered through the Website as well as for marketing purposes.

3. Where will information about Users be stored?

Everdine’s servers are located in Ireland. If not stated otherwise, all customer data will be stored at the respective server location.

4. How will information about User be used and shared?

The information collected allows Everdine to:

If User provides a credit or debit card, Everdine may use third parties to check the validity of the sort code, account number and card number submitted by Users in order to prevent fraud.

5. Will information about Users be transferred outside the EEA?

In certain circumstances it is necessary for Everdine to transfer Users’ personal data outside the European Economic Area, including to countries which do not provide equivalent adequate protection for personal data. Everdine will take reasonable steps to ensure that personal data is adequately protected in accordance with the requirements of applicable data protection laws. In order to process customer orders Everdine will store e-mail addresses and customer names with, Inc. in the USA.

Further, data regarding newsletter administration (e.g. Customer’s name and email address) and respective address management will be processed by Mailchimp Inc. and The Rocket Science Group, LLC. in the USA.

Customer service requests will be handled via an external service provider located in the USA, Zendesk, Inc. In order to process service requests, it is necessary for Users enter their correct e-mail address that will be stored as part of the support request on servers located in the USA. It is possible to use a pseudonym for the initial service request, however during the processing of service requests, it may be necessary that Users provide personal information like documents, full name or address to enable Everdine to solve respective issues.

6. How will marketing communications such as a newsletter be used?

Everdine’s services are subject to constant improvements, changes, and modifications and Everdine would like to keep Users up to date with details of Everdine's product and service range by using the information Users have supplied to Everdine. Everdine would like to do this by email. If Users have registered as customers, they can opt out of this at any time by contacting Everdine at Signing up for these email updates, can be done by registering in the order process on the Website. Everdine may use Users’ email addresses to send Users information about products or services that are the same as or similar to those ordered from Everdine and that Everdine regards as useful for Users. Everdine will do so only if Users have indicated that they do not object to being contacted for these purposes. The consent Users give to receive emails is as follows:

7. How does Everdine use cookies?

Everdine uses cookies to collect information about how this Website is used in order to keep the Website as up to date, relevant and error-free as possible. 8. What is tracking and how does it work?

This Website uses different tracking methods.

This technology enables Users who have shown interest in Everdine’s services to see targeted advertising on the websites of the Google partner network. Similarly, Users that are comparable to the visitors of the Websites can be addressed. The advertising will be displayed using cookies. The information generated by the cookie about the use of the website will be transmitted to and stored on servers in the United States by Google. In the event that the IP address is transferred, it will be reduced by the last 3 digits. Facebook Conversion Tracking: The Website uses the conversion tracking pixel service of Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave., Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA (“Facebook”). This tool allows Everdine to follow the actions of Users after they are redirected to a provider’s website by clicking on a Facebook advertisement. Therefore, Everdine is able to monitor the efficiency of Facebook advertisements for statistical and market research purposes. The collected data remains anonymous. However, the collected data are processed by Facebook. Facebook might be able to connect the data with User’s Facebook account and use the data for Facebook’s own advertising purposes, in accordance with Facebook’s data use policy under Facebook conversion tracking also allows Facebook and its partners to show Users advertisements on and outside Facebook. In addition, a cookie will be saved onto Users’ computers for these purposes.

Hotjar: The Website uses the web analysing tools "Hotjar" by Hotjar Ltd. in order to collect statistical data about the use of our Website. This analysing tool is used to improve Everdine’s services and tailor them to the needs of our Users by evaluating the manner in which a User interacts with the Website. 9. What are web beacons and how will they be used?

Some sections of our Website and emails may contain electronic images referred to as web beacons or clear gifs that allow Everdine to count how many Users have visited respective Website sections or read Everdine’s emails. Web beacons collect only limited information which include a cookie number, time and date of a section view, and a description of the section on which the Web beacon resides. The Website or Everdine’s emails may also carry web beacons placed by third party advertisers.
